To help minimise expenses, we don’t charge call-out fees or add extra costs for weekend services. After our initial 1-hour minimum, we charge in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time needed to complete the work.
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) checks the electrical installations in your property for any damage or hazards. It’s legally required for landlords to complete an EICR every five years, or whenever there’s a change in tenancy, to ensure compliance with BS7671 standards.
